“I had the opportunity to attend FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) Environmental Health Training in Emergency Response Operations (EHTER-Ops) training at their facilities in Anniston, AL. As a result, I got to respond to a simulated county-wide flood disaster, conduct a well water assessment and a building reoccupation assessment, and make recommendations to the Public Health Branch Director. I had the privilege of meeting some incredible people from around the country. In addition, the environment that the CDP constructed for the exercises was incredibly realistic, which made for a memorable experience.” Luke Dalton - CSTE AEF Class 20 Fellow
